Nick D Fai
Nick was born and raised in Vancouver. For his undergraduate degree, he attended the University of British Columbia, where he completed a double Major in Biology and Psychology, with distinction. Nick then attended law school at UBC’s Peter Allard School of Law.
During law school, Nick participated in the UBC Innocence Project, the UBC Criminal Clinic, and the Law Student’s Legal Advice Program. He competed in both the Peter Burns Moot and the Macintyre Moot, winning the Peter Burns Moot. These extra curriculars allowed Nick to hone his litigation and problem-solving skills through a litany of hands-on experience.
Nick completed summer articles at the firm in 2023, where he attended court daily on a wide variety of matters and across a broad range of criminal charges. Nick returned to the firm for his full articles in 2024.
